2023 Book Club List

Welcome to the second full year of the Sleeping Child, Sane Parent parenting book club (#SCSPbookclub)!

The book club has undergone some changes between last year and this year, so whether you’re brand new around here or a seasoned book clubber, let’s go over how this book club works!

Every other month we’ll cover a different parenting book. The books are on all sorts of topics, through the specific lens of parenting. Our role as parents is such an important one, so I’m always looking for ways to improve. I hope you’ll join me!

Sometime at the end of the designated months, I’ll publish a blog post with my top takeaways on the book. I’ll also do a post on Instagram where you can share your thoughts and takeaways as well! Pretty simple, but if you join me, I know you’ll have a great experience learning many new perspectives on parenthood!

Below you’ll find this year’s book list. As I publish my top-takeaway blog posts throughout the year, I’ll update this post to include links to those book reviews. Let’s do this!
